Ms. Marla Zepeda is a third-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Vanderbilt University. Ms. Zepeda hopes to pursue a career in corporate transactional law with a focus on tax implications and aspires to mentor the next generation of Latino lawyers with her law degree. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to help cover bar exam preparation expenses. This summer, she will be studying and sitting for the Illinois bar examination.
