Ms. Laura Padilla is a first-year law student at Loyola University Chicago Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. While Ms. Padilla continues to explore various areas of the law, she aspires to utilize her legal education to empower the Latino community. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to cover tuition and related costs. This summer, she will work at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. as a Summer Associate with the civil rights and constitutional law practice group.
