Ms. Jocelyn Jaramillo is a first-year law student at the University of Illinois College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College. Ms. Jaramillo aspires to serve the immigrant community with her law degree. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to cover part of her law school tuition. This summer, she will work at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago and Smith Immigration, with a focus on immigration.
