Jerrilyn Gumila
Jerrilyn is a second year law student at UIC John Marshall Law School. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology. She intends to practice family law or criminal law. Jerrilyn was inspired to pursue a legal career as a result of an experience with the criminal justice system that had a profound impact on her life. She has balanced extreme hardship all while excelling in her legal studies including moot court competitions. Jerrilyn will work this summer as a law clerk at the Women’s Divorce and Family Law Group by Haid and Tech LLP.
