Mr. Felix Timothy Celestino is a second-year law student at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Illinois Chicago. Mr. Celestino aspires to advocate zealously for his clients as a litigator with his law degree. He plans to use the HLSF scholarship to cover tuition and student fees. This summer, he will serve as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he will conduct legal research and draft memoranda analyzing motions and legal issues arising in matters pending before the Court.
