Daihana Estrada
Daihana is a second-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts and major in Political Science. Daihana’s commitment to pursue a law degree grew out of a familial with the immigration system. She is presently a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Maritza Martinez. This summer she will work as a legal intern at the National Immigrant Justice Center through the Public Interest Law Initiative program. The Hispanic Lawyers Scholarship Fund award will subsidize her tuition expenses so that she may continue advancing in her legal career and give back to her Latinx community.
