Paola is a first-generation and third-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, she mentors Latino students and leads a new diversity and inclusion committee for the Loyola Law Journal. Paola transitioned into law school after a decade in public health research. She is a fierce advocate for immigrant rights, and she looks forward to beginning her career in a setting that values serving the community and recognizes diversity as an essential pillar of the legal profession.
