Ms. Mari Hernandez is a first-year law student at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Mari hopes to leverage her law degree to advocate for underrepresented students in public school systems, ensuring all students have access to high-quality education. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to help cover tuition and living expenses. This summer, she will work at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a summer associate in Chicago.
