Ms. Laura Padilla is a second-year law student at Loyola University Chicago Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. Ms. Padilla aspires to become a litigator and hopes to utilize her legal education to advocate for and empower the Latino community. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to cover tuition and related schooling costs. This summer, she will work at Tristan & Cervantes as a summer associate performing civil litigation in a variety of practice areas including Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Municipal Law.
