Francisco Javier Borrayo, Jr. is a third-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Mr. Borrayo aims to impact healthcare by focusing on health law. He hopes to identify methods to increase access to healthcare through legal advocacy behind new and emerging technologies such as telemedicine and AI. Mr. Borrayo plans to use the HLSF scholarship to lessen the burden of his student loans and allow him to focus on impactful legal work. This summer, he will perform litigation and other work at O’Hagan Meyer.
