Ms. Analy Ayala Blanco is a second-year law student at the University of Illinois College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from Aurora University. Ms. Ayala Blanco seeks to practice tax or corporate law in Chicago following law school. As a first-generation immigrant, she recognizes the challenges that undocumented immigrants face and intends to use her law degree to provide pro bono legal services to immigrants. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to continue funding her school and living expenses. This summer, she will work at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP performing transactional work.
