Ms. Anna Yessica Tello is a third-year law student at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Ms. Tello aspires to pursue a career in criminal prosecution or family law, where she can litigate and work closely with clients and victims during some of the most critical moments of their lives. She plans to use the HLSF scholarship to help fund her bar examination preparation course and living expenses, allowing her to focus fully on studying for the July 2026 bar examination.
